Flexibility: We at Jeyad Corporation LLC are always open minded to financing of lucrative projects starting from a minimum ROI of 3-5% per annum, we as well extend our contract duration to a 10years contract + 1year grace period for the payback of the total loan capital, the project owner (Party B) can decide to renew the contract after the 11th year in a case where the total loan capital wasn't realized.

Security: We at Jeyad Corporation LLC have professional Attorneys and connections in relevant Government offices/ authorities that ensures that both we the investor (Party A) and the project owner (Party B) adheres strictly to the obligations/ terms in the Contract Agreement without violation of any clause for any reasons whatsoever.

Successful Closing: We at Jeyad Corporation LLC play a professional role starting from the due-diligence, proper assessment of the project documents of the project owner (Party B), maintain our confidential protocols, accurate documentation processes & countersigning of contract documents, and finally scheduling of a closing/ face to face meeting for the signing of hard copies of the contract documents and necessary documentation processes prior to the official fund disbursement to the project owner (Party B).
